Founded by the Late Mr. Mashiur Rahman, Mashiur Group started as a proprietorship concern in 1952 as M/S. Mashiur Rahman & Co. In 1958, M/S. Mashiur Rahman & Co. was enlisted as a 1st class contractor & supplier in the then East Pakistan’s PWD & R & H. In 1976, it was enlisted as an 'A' class contractor and supplier in Military Engineering Services (MES), Army. In 1997 the company changed to Mashiur Rahman & Co. Ltd.

Mashiur Group is now a group of companies consisting of the subsidiary companies Mashiur Rahman & Co. Ltd. (MRCL), Mashiur Rahman Software Ltd. (MRSL), Mashiur Rahman Energy Ltd. (MREL), Golden Fibre Industries Ltd. (GFIL), and Azmat Ali Filling Station (AAFS). With our numerous satisfied customer base, we are still expanding our already vast product range to meet the market needs.
